How do I reset my password?

How do I control what information is visible in my profile?

Go to your profile page, select My Account  and choose Privacy settings. After you’ve made changes, make sure you Save changes before exiting the page.

How can I change the agency I work for in my profile?

Where can I find the thread I drafted?

Go to your profile, select My contributions and then My list of contributions. Your draft should be there.

How can I add resources to the libraries?

The libraries are populated in two ways:

  • When you include an attachment in a discussion post, the system automatically places it in the affiliated library.
  • You can also add resources directly by selecting the Create New Library Entry" button on any community's library page. The accepted file types are PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Image files (png, jpg), videos (mp4). You can also embed YouTube Videos and post hyperlinks to content hosted elsewhere.

How do I find the recordings or slides after an event?

Most, but not all, of our events are recorded. Recordings are usually uploaded onto the hosting community’s library within a week or two. Please note that not all slides and accompanying documentation are included, as recording is at the discretion of the presenter and hosts.

How do I promote a job opportunity on the Members’ Community Platform?

Members are welcome to post and promote job opportunities through the dedicated job threads in the Digital Profession community or Data Profession community. The job thread is pinned on each community home page so it is easier to find.

How do I change my community notifications?

Members have the choice to block notifications or receive live, daily or weekly notifications. You also have the choice to have the notifications consolidated into daily or weekly notifications. To change your notification preferences, go to your profile, select My Account and then Community Notifications.

How do I leave a community?

Go to the My communities, find the community you want to leave, select "settings" to the right of the community name, select "leave community”, then "ok".
