Agreed- would like to see fan/follower growth as well as CTR.
In the meantime, I have set up in Hootsuite, a government industry benchmark (this develops a benchmark of all government accounts globally) as well as competitive benchmarks (currently been using this for Twitter, but this apparently will work for Meta) in the Analytics section. I've been using this for our reporting- unfortunately it doesn't work for LinkedIn but you can directly setup competitors in LinkedIn Analytics. We have also set up competitors' benchmarks against other government agencies that on the same platforms and have the similar topics and audiences to us.
I think most SMM apps have this ability, so worth checking yours if you haven't already while this project is underway.

Hi Tim,
DITRDCA is happy to share our data for this project, and I'm also keen to help out if needed!
Apart from the points you mentioned above, I'd also like to get a sense of Follower/Fan growth, perhaps on a monthly basis. That would be really useful.
Thanks!
Janelle

Okay Tess and I are happy to lead this. What we need to know is - who is willing to share their social media data - and what would we like to benchmark?
- Engagement rate
- Impressions
- Post frequency
- Content makeup (image posts/link posts/videos/reels etc.)
