The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is currently developing a Digital Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to capture the unique benefits and rewards the APS offers to attract and retain digital professionals.

This is particularly important in a time where we know that demand on digital talent is high and as part of our work building digital capability, it is important that we understand what brings people to the APS and what compels them to stay.

To help us better understand what you value about working in digital, please complete the Digital Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Snapshot Survey by Friday 14 November. This is an anonymous survey and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
