In his role as Director of Cloud Services at eHealth NSW, Adam is responsible of orchestrating the strategic delivery, adoption, and operations of Cloud Services. Throughout his distinguished career, Adam has steered the successful delivery and operation of critical ICT services for eHealth NSW. Notably, he spearheaded the establishment of the inaugural Site-wide multi-hyperscale cloud platform for NSW Health, bolstering the state's technological infrastructure. His role as a key advisor has played a pivotal role in steering numerous strategic Health ICT programs over the past decade.
Heather Cardin, Head of Training, eHealth NSW
Heather Cardin is a strategic leader committed to demonstrating the delivery of value derived through learning and capability development. Her post-graduate education and experience in visioning, designing, and delivering the strategy for capability and skill shift has been honed working in large global complex organisations. This includes extensive experience in agile methodology, leading through change and human-centred design approaches. As a mum of 2 and a compassionate people leader she believes deeply in an inclusive, growth mindset culture where high performance, and high impact, thrive.
